Why visit the Holyland in November?

October 31st, 2010 |

You awaken to a severe storm warning weather report.  Snow and ice cover the streets and highways making it difficult to get around………  Before venturing outside, you put on heavy socks, boots, layers upon layers of clothing, a hat, scarf, gloves and you sigh with exhaustion about to face a new day.

Fast foward to Ben Gurion airport.  The plane lands and all applaud. Stepping outside you’re greeted with warm sunshine and lo and behold, people are wearing sandals (Jesus sandals), and divinely light clothing. Feeling a bit warm, you take off your ski jacket and begin to adjust to winter in the land, holyland or holy land as some prefer the 2 word spelling.

Ahhhh, such a nice daydream need not remain a dream at all.  Pop into the best online shop for Christian gifts with products all made in the holyland and order your own pair of Jesus sandals today.  Make your reservations and get ready for the trip of a lifetime :)

Best wishes, MK

Holy News with love from the Holyland

October 15th, 2010 |

Like millions of others all over the world, I was glued to the television while watching the miners from Chile being rescused.  One by one, for 22 hours, they emerged and most praised the lord upon reaching the upper ground and breathing fresh air.

This got me to think about the Holyland. Why do the words Holy land make people feel hopeful and joyous?  It’s got to be the power of prayer. Think of those 33 miners and what they went through. Terribly hot temperatures and 95% humidity. Not knowing if they’d ever see their loved ones again.  Hunger, thirst and fear.  They made it by belief in God.  They prayed and were delivered from harms way. Praise the lord.

Come and rejoice in the Holyland.  Slip into a pair of the most comfy Jesus sandals available and get ready to sip divine coffee while finding Christian gifts of quality.

Happy travels by air or on the net :)   MK
